What is gynecomastia?
Gynecomastia is a condition in which the tissues of a man’s breast swell, usually due to an imbalance in two hormones in your body.
It should be noted that breast development in men is not similar to that in women, as men have less breast tissue.
Men mainly produce the hormone testosterone, which is responsible for their sexual growth during puberty.
But they also release some estrogen (a hormone that is common in women) for their sexual growth.
An imbalance in the two hormones usually occurs when a boy reaches puberty or when an old man’s body produces less testosterone.
So when this process goes on, a high percentage of estrogen causes the breast tissue to grow, which is the main reason that some young boys or men over 50 suffer from significantly larger breasts compared to other men. p>
In addition to this, gynecomastia is nothing to worry about, it is very unlikely that it can cause chest pain, but this is rare.
Otherwise, it may go away on its own, but if it remains, you should go for surgery. Get rid of gynecomastia without surgery
How do steroids cause gynecomastia?
Steroids are naturally converted by the body to estrogens. Thus, this process ultimately increases the amount of estrogen in the man’s body, which then becomes the cause of the growth of unwanted breast tissue.
Gynecomastia is not limited to one type, many types of gynecomastia are carried by steroids into your body. But not all steroids are prone to gynecomastia, but they affect you in different ways. Anadrol and Dianabol are more likely to cause gynecomastia, but do not consider others to be less. P>
Estrogens, when high in the body, attach to breast tissue and direct their growth.
During puberty, whether it is estrogen (female sex hormone) or androgen (male sex hormone), there is an imbalance in their levels, and one may increase while others decrease.
So, if your estrogen levels rise in this transitory state, then you are very close to falling victim to gynecomastia. If this is due to a temporary adjustment of hormones, then disappearance can take up to six months.
But if all of this happens during puberty, then leaving can take up to two years.
How to prevent gynecomastia?
Twenty percent of gynecomastia is often caused by drugs and certain chemical reactions. Those medications and chemicals that cause testosterone levels to drop cause gynecomastia in your body.
There is one chemical known as phenothrin that has been billed as a drug that causes gynecomastia. This can cause severe cell damage, leading to extreme gynecomastia.
When the thyroid organ becomes more energetic, hyperthyroidism occurs, which is considered the main cause of gynecomastia.
If this condition can be diagnosed at an early stage, then many lesions can be stopped.
Gynecomastia can also occur during puberty in men, which is somewhat normal and may go away on its own after a while.
Male infants can also be victims of gynecomastia.
Aging is one of the factors that cause these diseases and cause a decrease in testosterone levels.
So eventually the risk of male breast enlargement rises to 99%, and obviously this marks the start of fatal diseases if you decide to go for drugs that do you more harm than good.
If you still want to use anabolic drugs, we recommend that you use natural steroids to avoid gynecomastia and other possible complications.
How to get rid of gynecomastia?
There are many ways to treat gynecomastia.
So far, no drug has been approved by the FDA as an effective solution for the treatment of gynecomastia, but some drugs are already in use and are said to be the perfect drug to this day. This:
- Testosterone replacement has been shown to be effective in older men with low testosterone levels.
- Clomiphene, if taken regularly for six months, can help improve gynecomastia.
If you are experiencing somewhat pure glandular gynecomastia, then, of course, the only way to get rid of it is surgery.
And if you are afraid of surgery, you can buy pills or wear shirts specially designed to hide all your improvements.
But this item is very temporary and will not please you longer.
You have to make sure that it is gynecomastia.
Because sometimes you have extra fat in your breasts (a condition known as pseudo-gynecomastia) and you start to fear that you have gynecomastia.
Therefore, it is advisable to go to the doctor before taking any steps on your own.
